About Me

I’ve spent most of my life helping people feel more confident around technology. My interest began early, exploring computers and web programming by the age of 12, and eventually grew into launching my first computer business as a high school senior project. That experience laid the foundation for what would become a lifelong career in technology, education, and advocacy.

In 2013, I became the owner of Quietech Associates, where I've built a reputation for patient, relationship-driven technology support. Over the years, my work has evolved beyond technical repair and troubleshooting into something much broader: helping people navigate the emotional and practical realities of living in an increasingly digital world.

Today, my work focuses on technology education, digital literacy, scam prevention, and advocacy, particularly for older adults who often feel overlooked or intimidated by modern technology. I’m passionate about translating complex topics into clear, approachable language and helping people feel informed instead of overwhelmed.

Through writing, speaking, teaching, and client work, I aim to make technology feel more human, accessible, and trustworthy. I believe people deserve support that meets them where they are, without judgment, pressure, or unnecessary complexity.
